■Product details

A new round type frame with a rounded lens top compared to the Boston shape of ELIOT (TY100). The frame itself is slender and has a plain impression with reduced edges, making it easy to coordinate with sports and fashion for both men and women. The nose width is also the narrowest of all models, so it fits easily even for those with a low nose bridge. The frame is matte black and the lenses are gray to reduce glare even in strong sunlight.

■ Lenses

The material used is polycarbonate, which is characterized by its resistance to breaking (it is more than 30 times stronger than acrylic). Even if it does break, it is difficult to shatter. It is so safe that it is used for airplane window glass, and it has the highest level of impact resistance among plastic materials. It is difficult to break even when hit with a hammer, and is sometimes used as a bulletproof material.

■Frame and flexible temple arms

The frame material used is TR-90, developed by EMS, a Swiss company.

■Temple arm

The inside of the temple arm is made of TPR. The temple rubber comes in different colors depending on the model. The TPR material has rubber-like material properties and is oil- and weather-resistant, making it gentle on the skin and providing a comfortable fit and excellent grip for active use.

■ Hinge ( 5 hinges)

The barrel hinges are made of nickel silver manufactured by Kanghua. Nickel silver is an excellent alloy that is widely used in both corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant environments, as it has high strength at high temperatures in addition to its corrosion resistance, which is a characteristic of nickel silver.
