The M-65 PARKA has been adopted by the US military since the late 1960s and is commonly known as a mod coat or a mod parka. The extremely warm quilted liner is removable just like the real thing. It can be used for 3 seasons, from mid-winter to early spring and early winter when the liner is removed.
