The M-65 parka was born as a successor to the M-51 parka. Originally made from cotton and nylon oxford fabric, this model uses cotton ripstop fabric with the "ERDL camouflage" pattern used by special forces.
"ERDL" is an abbreviation derived from the camouflage pattern developed by the U.S. military's Engineer Research and Development Laboratory. The original fabric, uniquely recreated by Buzz Rickson's, is water-repellent , fusing classic military design with functionality. The full-length silhouette makes this a great piece to wear as rainwear with excellent wind resistance.
