ANTIHERO is a skateboarding brand founded in San Francisco in 1995 by professional skater Julien Stranger. At the time, the skate scene was dominated by a flashy and commercial atmosphere, but ANTIHERO was born as a counter to that trend, promoting a rugged and realistic skate style. Known for its underground film work and unique graphics, its iconic design, centered around its eagle logo, has become an icon of the street scene.
The team includes hardcore and unique riders such as John Cardiel, Tony Trujillo, and Grant Taylor, and embodies the freedom and rebellious spirit that are the essence of skateboarding. Currently, the brand continues to promote its unique culture through videos and events, while also developing decks and apparel, and is supported worldwide as a brand that upholds the spirit of street skating.
