配送ポリシー
日本国内への配送
送料について
本ウェブサイト（以下、「当ショップ」）は
| 沖縄 | 2,000 円（税込） |
| 北海道・九州 | 1,200円（税込） |
| 上記以外の地域 | 800円（税込） |
となります。
なお、商品を合計16,000円以上お買い上げいただきますと、送料が無料となります。
配送方法について
配送方法は当ショップ指定の運送会社「ヤマト運輸」とし、原則としてお客様にお選び頂くことは出来ません。
配達日時のご指定はご購入日から5日先までとさせて頂いております。
※ 配達日時の指定は、カートページにて承っております。ただし、予約商品やお取り寄せ商品が含まれる場合は、配達日時の指定をお受けできません。あらかじめご了承ください。
商品ページ毎にございます「shopPay」経由ではご指定いただけません。shopPayをご利用のお客様で配達日時のご希望がございます場合は、カートページよりご利用いただけますようお願いいたします。
配送日数について
配達の日時のご指定がない場合、基本的に最短日でのお届けとなります。
東京からの発送となりますため、北海道、中国、四国、九州、沖縄及び離島・関西の一部地域は翌々日、それ以外の地域は翌日が最短日となります。
※ 16時までのご注文に限ります。16時以降のご注文は翌日の発送となります。
配送中の破損等について
梱包の際は、外箱にへこみやキズが付かないよう十分に配慮のうえ、出荷準備をいたしております。
しかし、配送業者に引き渡し後、輸送中に何らかのトラブルや、配送業者の責任による損傷などが発生する可能性はございます。
本体のご使用にあたって支障のない範囲の外箱のへこみやキズ等は、ご容赦頂けますようお願い申し上げます。
未受け取り・再配達について
ヤマト運輸の営業所における保管期間は1週間となります。その期間を超過しますと商品が当店へ出し戻しとなります。
「出し戻し」となったご注文はキャンセル扱いとなり、お支払い頂いたご注文代金より往復の送料を差し引いた金額がご返金となります。
また出し戻し後の再配達をご希望されます場合は、当店への戻し分の送料及び再配達送料を加算させて頂いてのご請求となります。
日本国外への発送
送料について
ご注文商品の重量と配送先エリアによって料金が決定されます。配送料金は決済ページにて算出されます。
配送方法について
日本国外への配送方法は当ショップ指定の運送会社「日本郵便EMS」とし、原則としてお客様にお選び頂くことは出来ません。
配達日時のご指定は承ることができません。
配送日数について
発送は最短でご注文を頂いた日の翌日からとなります。土日祝日は運送会社が休業となりますため、休みが明けてからの発送となります。配達日時は地域によって異なります。

Shipping Outside Japan
About Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the ordered items and the delivery area. Shipping charges are calculated on the payment page.
Shipping Method
The shipping method outside of Japan is “Japan Post EMS”, which is the shipping company designated by our store.
We are unable to accept delivery date and time requests.
About the delivery time
The earliest possible delivery date is the day after the order is placed. Shipping will be made the day after the order is placed. Delivery date and time vary depending on the area.
Damage during shipping
When packing, we take great care to prevent dents and scratches on the outer box before preparing for shipment.
However, there is a possibility that the product may be damaged during transportation after being handed over to the delivery company, or that the delivery company may be responsible for the damage.
We ask for your understanding in the case of dents or scratches on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the product.
Undeliveries and Redeliveries
The storage period at the local office of Japan Post is 2 weeks. If you exceed that period, your package will be returned to us.
Orders that are “returned” will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund of the order price paid, minus the round-trip shipping costs.
Please note that re-delivery cannot be accepted.

If your order includes pre-order items or items that are on back-order, all items will be shipped together as soon as they are all available. Please note that we cannot ship items separately.
