Notice: Shipping to Canada Temporarily Unavailable

Dear valued customers in Canada,

We regret to inform you that, due to an ongoing national strike conducted by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), Canada Post has suspended its normal mail and parcel operations. 
As a result, we are currently unable to fulfill orders destined for Canada via EMS (Japan Post), since international postal items cannot be reliably delivered. Japanese Post has also officially stated that, for the time being, they are suspending shipments to Canada.

Background:

The strike began on September 25, 2025, when CUPW initiated a national labour action.

Canada Post has announced that mail and parcels will not be processed or delivered for the duration of the strike, and some post offices are closed. 

Japan Post has warned that even for items already in the postal network, substantial delays or even returns to sender are possible.

Our response:

In light of this disruption, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend acceptance of new orders from customers in Canada.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this uncertain time.

As soon as the situation improves and regular postal services resume, we will promptly reopen shipping to Canada via EMS. In the meantime, if you prefer, we would be happy to explore alternative shipping options (such as courier services) and help you with a revised shipping quote — please feel free to reach out to our support team.
