What is EDGLRD?

It is a creative unit led by film director and artist Harmony Korine.

At the age of 19, while at the center of skate culture, Korine wrote the screenplay for the legendary film "Kids" (1995) directed by Larry Clark. Its vivid and beautiful depiction captivated skaters and street heads around the world.

Now in his 50th year, Korine launched EDGLRD to embody his deep love for the culture he has built up over the years and his rebellious spirit.

More than just fashion or filmmaking, the brand embodies skateboarding culture at its core: a street-born reality, free-spirited aesthetic and unconventional spirit that infuses every creation.

EDGLRD's skating team is centered around Sean Pablo, who left Fucking Awesome, and includes other unique and talented skaters such as Vincent Touzery, Eric Koston, and Elijah Odom.

EDGLRD is developing an innovative project that combines skateboarding with video, games, and fashion. The experimental film "AGGRO DR1FT", released in 2023, presented a new experience that blurred the boundaries between reality and virtuality, film and games, through the visual beauty of thermal cameras provided by NASA and the appearance of Travis Scott. Just like skate culture, it symbolizes EDGLRD's attitude of overturning common sense and aiming for the next horizon.

Going beyond the boundaries of EDGLRD's creative unit and skate company, they will continue to expand the possibilities of skateboarding through new video works and projects. Keep an eye on their activities.
